What is the return policy?
Our goal is for you to be completely happy with purchase, however we understand that this isn’t always the case. If you have an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
We do not accept returns on personalised items.
I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel?
We are unable to accept returns on custom illustrations. These can be cancelled within 24 hours but a £14 processing fee will be charged
When will I get my order?
The majority of our products are made and printed in-house to minimise the turnaround. For custom illustrations the time scale will be discussed upon purchase
All physical items are posted with Royal Mail Second Class unless otherwise requested.
Where are your products manufactured?
The majority of our products are illustrated and printed from the comfort of our Hertfordshire home. If we have had to outsource it will be locally where possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the items in your order. We currently only offer delivery within the UK, with free shipping on orders over £40. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Local delivery / collection is also available.
